His leadership experience spans industrial services, manufacturing, healthcare technology, telecommunications, gaming, and global supply chain operations.

As Chief Executive Officer of Total PowerGen Solutions, Chris leads the transformation of a North American mission-critical power services platform focused on growth, operational excellence, and long-term enterprise value creation. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Marsden Services, where he helped scale a national facility services platform through organic growth, acquisitions, operating model transformation, and leadership development. Earlier in his career, Chris served as Chief Operating Officer of Starkey Hearing Technologies, leading the transformation of a $1 billion global healthcare technology company and helping position the organization for sustained growth through innovation, operational discipline, and customer-focused solutions.

Chris brings a boardroom perspective grounded in practical operating experience. He has partnered with CEOs, boards, ownership groups, and investors on strategy, governance, value creation, M&A, executive succession, and organizational transformation.
