Total PowerGen Solutions is a leading North American provider of commercial and industrial emergency power solutions, supporting mission-critical infrastructure across the United States and Canada through equipment sales, preventive maintenance, repair services, and rental solutions.

As Chief Executive Officer, Chris Hillman leads enterprise strategy, operational performance, acquisition strategy, and platform expansion. The mandate is to transform a regional service organization into a scalable, multi-location platform positioned for sustained growth and long-term enterprise value creation.

  • Accelerated growth by more than 20% within the first six months through organic expansion and strategic acquisition.

Marsden Services is one of the largest privately owned facility services providers in the United States, delivering janitorial, security, building maintenance, HVAC, calibration, emergency response, and facility management solutions nationwide.

As Chief Operating Officer, Chris Hillman served as the company’s top operating executive with full P&L responsibility for eight operating divisions across 46 states. Recruited as CEO successor, he partnered with ownership and executive leadership to build the systems, capabilities, and growth strategy required to scale a successful 70-year-old enterprise.

Impact

  • Delivered more than $125 million in revenue growth and $15 million in EBITDA improvement through organic growth initiatives and acquisitions.
  • Designed and deployed a comprehensive operating model, strategic growth plan, acquisition strategy, and infrastructure roadmap to support accelerated expansion.
  • Rebuilt organizational capability through leadership development, talent upgrades, and succession planning.
  • Reconstructed the commercial organization, implemented CRM capabilities, and established scalable sales and customer growth processes.

As Chief Operating Officer, Chris Hillman led enterprise execution for a $1 billion global healthcare technology organization spanning medical devices, consumer products, clinical operations, manufacturing, and international markets. Partnering with the CEO and leadership team, he transformed the company from a traditional hearing device manufacturer into an integrated healthcare technology and services organization.

  • Redesigned the enterprise operating model, introducing strategic planning, governance, daily management, and business process transformation.

As Vice President and General Manager, Chris Hillman held P&L responsibility for a global aftermarket services business within GE Healthcare’s $5 billion healthcare services organization, supporting diagnostic imaging, life-care solutions, and ultrasound businesses.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Committee, Chris Hillman led global operations for a combined $2 billion gaming organization following the integration of Scientific Games, WMS Gaming, Bally Technologies, and Shuffle Entertainment.
